Bursting with corporate knowhow

Re-energise, lift and inspire your team amid the calm of the Cotswolds. This is a restored library bursting with elegance and corporate knowhow. The walls are panelled, the table seats 20, wifi buzzes throughout and the endless acres outside allow for breakouts and activities.

Re-energise, lift and inspire your team

Get the team together in the regal, imposing library at Marsden Manor, a place to be lifted from the mundane and the everyday and dropped into a special world. A place removed from deadlines and phone calls. Build your corporate getaway in our day venue and feel lifted, re-energised and inspired.

Recently renovated into a shimmering, solid-wood dream, the library sits in the rejuvenating heart of the Cotswolds, a place where you can hear yourself think, yet accessible from the M5 and M4. The loudest noise here could be the clink of the ice in your water. Outside the endless acres allow for breakouts and team activities.

Naturally, the nuts and bolts of business – the projector, screen and flipchart – are on standby, daylight and wifi flood the cavernous space, and the table seats 20. But it’s the intangibles you’ll love here. Because Marsden Manor, which made it into the Domesday Book, is today all business.

The old barns are also restored, and rural and high-tech micro-businesses thrive among the beef herds and the dense wildflowers. There’s a transport-systems business, a green architect and a micro-brewery that reaps the grain and barley from the land, creating beer from plough to pint. You’ll be just as productive.

Catering

From buffets to barbecues, our team of chefs at Foxy Ladies have the whole corporate catering thing licked. And that includes the tea, coffee and iced water that oils the wheels of business, too.

Break off for canapés that include quails’ eggs, steak tartare or salmon on bruschetta, goats’ cheese bites with onion marmalade, sushi, and seared scallops with celeriac mash and pineapple salsa.

Buffet options include salt-crusted baked sea trout with rice salad and lime mayonnaise, cold fillet of beef with dill horseradish, or crayfish, mango and rocket salad.

Mains? How about herb-crusted lamb cutlets, sole Veronique or chicken curry? Eating al fresco? We’re happy to sizzle steaks, sausages, burgers, wings and kebabs in the sunshine. We’ll even clear up afterwards, leaving you replenished and re-energised and ready to re-enter the fray.
