- We take a one third deposit at the time of booking
- The balance is due three months before the date booked
Cautionary Deposit
- £1,500 refundable deposit
- Depending on the nature of your celebration, the owners may request that a higher refundable deposit amount is paid
House Restrictions
- Please note that a full guest list including ages is required at the time of enquiry
- Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, provided they sleep downstairs in the utility room
- Not suitable for hen or stag parties
- No fireworks please
- Noise policy in place
