Location & Booking

Payment Process

• We take a one third deposit at the time of booking
• The balance is due three months before the date booked

Cautionary Deposit

• £2,000 refundable deposit and £2,500 for events involving extra guests including weddings or parties
• £1,000 refundable deposit for Penpol

House Restrictions

• Hen and stag parties welcome
• Dogs welcome, with an additional charge of £50 per dog
• Noise policy in place
• No fireworks

Arrival and Departure

• Check in 4pm
• Check out 10am
