Kingham Estate is made up of the following properties. Your booking will include a combination of houses on the estate as appropriate - please enquire for prices and availability.Please see the site map at the bottom of the page.

Ryeworth Cottage

• Sleeps up to six people
• Three bedrooms, of which two have ensuite bathrooms
• One shared bathroom
• One double room and two twins that can be made into doubles

Kite’s Gate Cottage

• Sleeps up to six people
• Three bedrooms, of which two have ensuite bathrooms
• One shared bathroom
• One double room and two twins that can be made in to doubles

The Loft

• Sleeps up to four people
• Two bedrooms, of which one has an ensuite bathroom
• One shared bathroom
• One double room and one large twin that can be made into a double or can have extra beds erected, at a charge, for four people

Lodge Cottage

• Sleeps up to four people
• Two bedrooms, of which one has an ensuite bathroom
• One family bathroom
• One double room and one twin that can be made in to a double

Berry Pen

• Sleeps up to six people
• One double room, one twin room that can be made in to a double, and one fixed twin
• Property has disabled access (featuring a ramp to the door and a downstairs bedroom with an en-suite)

• Fantastic chef available for a special meal or throughout the weekend
• Dining space in each cottage with room for up to 20 in Ryeworth Cottage

Payment Process

• We take a one third deposit at the time of booking
• The balance is due three months before the date booked

Cautionary Deposit

• £500 refundable deposit

• Not suitable for stag parties
