Payment Process

• We take a one third deposit at the time of booking
• The balance is due three months before the date booked

Cautionary Deposit

• £500 refundable deposit
• £250 of the cautionary deposit is a neighbourhood bond which is forfeit should noise levels become unacceptable. The house has two noise detection monitors in place
